Scope and company

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed through christianimpactmedia.com, including the public corporate website, contact form, stored contact messages, direct correspondence and private Investor Area.

The website is operated by Christian Impact Media, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“CIM”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Privacy inquiries can be sent to info@christianimpactmedia.com.

CIM’s current operations are primarily focused on the United States. This policy describes the limited information practices of the present corporate website. It does not yet govern a public King Teleos customer website, mobile app, child or parent accounts, rewards system, paid subscription service, active social-media program or another future digital service.

Before those services begin collecting customer or child information, CIM will update this policy and provide any additional notices, consent tools and parent-facing information required for the service and the people using it.

Information we collect

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate the current website, respond to inquiries, retain contact messages and provide controlled investor access.

The current website does not provide public King Teleos customer registration and does not intentionally collect app activity, rewards, purchase history, precise location, advertising profiles or information from child accounts.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, government identity documents, financial account credentials, health information or other highly sensitive information through the public contact form unless CIM has specifically requested it through an appropriate secure channel.

How we use information

CIM may use the information described above to:

• Respond to inquiries. We use contact and correspondence information to answer questions, arrange discussions and take steps requested by the person contacting us.
• Administer investor access. We create and manage investor accounts, provide controlled access to confidential materials and support due-diligence or investment discussions.
• Operate and protect the website. We use technical and security information to authenticate users, prevent misuse, deliver protected files, troubleshoot problems and maintain a reliable service.
• Manage business relationships and records. We retain appropriate communications and records for operational, governance, accounting, legal and accountability purposes.
• Comply with law and protect rights. We may use information to satisfy legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, prevent fraud or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Contact-form submissions are retained inside WordPress so CIM can review an inquiry even when an email notification is delayed or fails. Email notifications are an operational convenience and are not the only copy of a submitted message.

Private Investor Area

The Investor Area is not open for public registration. CIM creates investor accounts manually and assigns the CIM Investor role. Administrators retain access for document management, security and support.

All investor users currently access one shared confidential document library. Documents are downloadable rather than embedded, are not individually permissioned and are not watermarked. Authentication cookies and protected download checks are used to restrict access to signed-in investor or administrator accounts.

WordPress, hosting and security systems may record ordinary technical information about logins and file-delivery requests for security, troubleshooting and accountability. Investors must treat portal materials in accordance with the confidentiality notice displayed inside the portal.

Cookies and third-party resources

The website uses WordPress and may place cookies or similar technologies that are necessary for login, session management, security, preference storage and functions requested by the user. Investor authentication cannot operate without the relevant login cookies.

The current CIM theme does not intentionally include advertising pixels or cross-site behavioral advertising tools. Hosting, security or other active WordPress services may process technical information needed to provide and protect the site. CIM must review this policy before optional analytics, advertising or profiling technologies are activated.

The current theme requests typefaces through Google Fonts. When a browser loads those files, it connects to Google’s servers and may transmit technical information such as the user’s IP address, browser details and the requested resource.

The website may link to third-party websites or platforms. Their information practices are governed by their own policies, not this policy. CIM has not yet begun its planned active social-media customer program. When it does, this policy will be updated to explain information CIM receives or uses through those platforms.

Browser settings can be used to block or remove cookies, but disabling necessary cookies may prevent login or other requested features from working.

Children’s privacy

King Teleos content is intended in part for children and families, but the current CIM corporate website, contact form and Investor Area are intended for adults, including parents, guardians, partners, professionals and investors. The current site does not offer child accounts or a child-directed online service that collects personal information.

Children under 13 should not submit personal information through this website. A parent or guardian who believes a child has provided information can contact us at info@christianimpactmedia.com. We will investigate and take appropriate steps, including deletion where required.

Before CIM launches a King Teleos website, app, account, rewards, subscription, community or social feature that collects personal information from children, it will implement a dedicated child-privacy and parental-consent framework. This will include the notices, parental choices, data controls and safeguards required by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and other applicable laws.

Disclosures and international processing

CIM does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information only where reasonably necessary to:

• website hosting, email, authentication, security, backup and technical-support providers acting for CIM;
• lawyers, accountants, auditors, consultants and other professional advisors who need the information for their work;
• investment, commercial or transaction counterparties where appropriate confidentiality and information-handling safeguards apply;
• public authorities, courts or regulators where disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect rights and safety; and
• a successor or relevant counterparty in connection with a genuine financing, restructuring, merger, acquisition or transfer of CIM or its assets.

CIM is a United States company, and information may be processed in the United States or in other countries where its service providers operate. Visitors outside the United States should understand that those countries may have different privacy laws. Where applicable law requires additional safeguards for an international transfer, CIM will use an appropriate lawful mechanism.

Retention and security

CIM retains information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including operational continuity, account administration, security, legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims. Retention may vary according to the type of information and the relationship involved.

Investor access should be disabled when it is no longer required. Information may remain for a limited period in backups or records that must be retained for legal, accounting, governance or security purposes. CIM may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

CIM uses reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the current service, including role-based access, protected document delivery, authentication, validation, rate-limiting, backups and hosting security. No website, email system or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These may include the right to:

• request access to information held about you;
• ask for inaccurate information to be corrected;
• request deletion of certain information;
• receive certain information in a portable format;
• opt out of certain sales, targeted advertising or profiling where those activities occur and the law provides the right;
• withdraw consent where processing depends on consent; and
• appeal a refusal of a privacy request where applicable law provides an appeal right.

CIM does not currently sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To make a privacy request, email info@christianimpactmedia.com. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting. CIM will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right protected by applicable law.
