IP PORTFOLIO
One flagship universe. Built with the depth to grow.
Christian Impact Media’s current portfolio is intentionally focused: one original property, King Teleos™, developed as the first proof of CIM’s story IP and audience model. The goal is depth before breadth, so the story can earn attachment, build family trust, create a direct audience relationship and prove demand before expansion.

CURRENT PORTFOLIO
King Teleos™
IN ACTIVE DEVELOPMENT
King Teleos is a faith-based adventure universe designed for family-friendly entry points and deeper exploration for older audiences. Its foundations draw on story, biblical history and geography, discovery, courage and spiritual themes, using adventure and mystery to make truth and the biblical world something audiences want to discover rather than something simply explained to them.
Rather than divide its attention across several unrelated concepts, CIM is concentrating creative and operational resources on establishing one coherent universe with recognisable characters, a documented visual language, tangible story assets and an owned audience platform built around the King Teleos App.
THE DEVELOPMENT MODEL
From a story idea to an enduring story-and-audience asset.
A lasting property needs more than a strong premise. It needs compelling storytelling, coherent canon, recurring characters, organised assets, family trust and a disciplined route from creative development to a direct, measurable audience relationship.

01
Establish the canon
Define the premise, characters, world rules, tone and creative guardrails before the universe expands.
02
Build the visual language
Create consistent characters, locations, maps, typography and art direction that can carry across formats.
03
Organise the asset foundation
Document ownership, source files, versions and adaptation rules so the work can be developed responsibly.
04
Build the audience platform
Connect physical story materials, accounts, AR, rewards, previews, membership and participation through a direct audience relationship powered by licensed KT App infrastructure.
05
Validate before expanding
Let story retention, return behavior, character attachment, paid demand and first-party learning guide what the property becomes next.
CURRENT DEVELOPMENT LAYERS
One property, built as a complete story-and-audience system.
Each layer deepens the same world rather than competing for attention. Licensed app infrastructure connects participation and first-party learning while CIM builds the direct family relationship around the story.
Story universe
Narrative, characters, locations, themes and canon.
Visual canon
Consistent character, world, map and brand direction.
Physical story assets
Illustrated pages, postcards, maps and other tangible entry points.
Direct audience layer
Licensed KT App infrastructure connects accounts, AR, rewards, previews, subscriptions and participation while supporting CIM’s owned audience relationship and first-party learning.

FOCUS BEFORE EXPANSION
The framework can be ready before the slate is full.
CIM is not presenting a fictional pipeline or attempting to launch several unrelated properties at once. The current priority is to prove King Teleos through story attachment, audience retention and commercial demand before another proprietary world is introduced.
01
Clear creative purpose
A future property must serve CIM’s purpose, deserve to exist on its own creative terms, and offer a genuine reason for audiences to care.
02
Protected ownership
The underlying work and its adaptation rights must be organised from the beginning.
03
Credible audience relationship
Expansion should be supported by a direct route to discovery, engagement, retention, first-party learning and demonstrated demand.
